Check in: 14:00 to 18:00 (please arrange with management for early and late arrivals)
Check out: 10:00 (please arrange with management for late departures)
Cancellation policy:
30 days prior to arrival = 50% cancellation fee
7 days prior to arrival = 75% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days = 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation policy for High Season:
100% to be paid in full before arrival
Payments:
50% deposit payable to confirm booking within 48hours
Methods of payment
We do accept Visa, Master cards and Cash
We do not accept cheques
Breakages
If any items are damaged or broken during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. On your arrival please report any items that appear to be broken, so that we may replace them for you. During your stay please report any breakages.
Behaviour
All guests should have considerations for other guests during their stay. Should we find guests behaviour in such a manner that cause an upset, harm or distress to any third party, we will have to bring your stay to an end. The guest responsible will have to depart immediately. We will have no responsibility towards the guests after leaving. No refunds will be possible.
